Foreign object on food - Sbarro

My son and I ordered food for dinner at Sbarro , Mall of Asia. We ordered 4 pizzas(3 white cheese and 1 Chicago White), Spaghetti and meatballs (whole), 2 orders of baked zittie (whole, half). When we were eating diiner, I noticed a foreign object on my baked zitti. Its kind of like a hair. It was very disappointing to receive a service like this especially we have been a loyal Sbarro customer for the past years. We are hoping for proper action to be taken.
